Dear Freddy
The Festival has many activities. The participants will NOT BE CHARGED anything to perform or to enter their works(film/poetry) to the Festival. The workshops, forums and public lectures will be free entry. The film screenings will also be free entry during the two days. The gala awards night will be on invite only (all the participants and the invited guests.) The poetry evening on 23rd September will be charged a very substantial amount purposefully to control the crowd. The event programme and posters will be out on 15th September 2016 and will be available on the page.
For any further questions, feel free to contact us again.

I have issues when it comes to agreements concerning ownership rights. After this festival what are your plans with the submitted films and poetry?

I think it’s very clear on the forms. The films will be used for educational purposes, and if need be for purposes of promoting the Festival for the subsequent years, thus the need for the showreels amd trailers. The Festival Organisers will not sell the films but we will have public screenings in regions of the country. The producer maintains his rights to sell his films or to reenter them to any film other Festivals around the country.
